Changing multiple customers' tax rates at once can enhance your workflow efficiency. However, the option to do so is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. This means you'll need to update each customer's tax rate manually.
We greatly value your comments. Thus, I encourage you to submit a product suggestion through the Feedback section. Our product development team will take note of your ideas and consider them for future updates.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the gear icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Enter your product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
