I know a way to add your custom reports to Favorites, treasurer127. I'll gladly show you how.
In QuickBooks Online, customized reports can only be saved in the Custom reports tab. We're unable to add them in the Favorites section.
As a workaround, let's manually create a Favorites group in the Custom reports tab. After that, we can add your custom reports. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu and then select Custom reports.
- Select the custom report you want to add, then click to open.
- Click the Save customization button.
- In the New group name field, enter Favorites.
- Choose the Add button.
- Once done, click on Save.
To add the other custom reports, I'd suggest following the steps below:
- Go back to the Custom Reports tab.
- Select a report, then click to open.
- Choose the Save customization button.
- From the Add this report to a group drop-down menu, choose Favorites.
- Click Save.
