I recommend pulling up the Transaction List with Splits report. Then, customize it to see whether the credit card expenses are billable or not.
Here's how:
- Go to the Report tab.
- In the Find report by name bar, type in Transaction List with Splits. Then, click it.
- On the report page, click Customize.
- On the Row/Columns, select Change columns, then put a checkmark beside Billable.
- Click on Filter, then choose Credit Card Expense as a Transaction Type.
- Select Run report.
The billable entry has Yes beside it, while the not billable is empty. For visual reference, I've added a screenshot below.
