Can I duplicate my account information, IE products, pricing and vendors, for my new company

I am starting a second company in a new state that sells all the same products and services. I was wondering if it is possible to duplicate my current QB account for my new company minus the account balances and such.

Prepare your second QBO account

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/us-promo

then you may have 3 ways to consider

1. Duplicate CoA and List with a migration tool

https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo

2. Convert your data to a QB Desktop file and utilize the trial version for QB Desktop to create a blank company file with the same CoA and Lists. Then convert it to your second QBO account

3. Purchase a 3rd party service.

Hello, @CCWater guy.

Thanks for visiting the Community with your concern today. Yes, you can duplicate your QuickBooks company, and I'll show you the easy way around it.

To achieve this, you'll have to export your products, pricing, and vendors from your old company, then import them to your new company. Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to your first QuickBooks account, then click the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Export data under Tools, then click the Lists tab.
  3. Select CustomerVendor, then click Export to Excel.

Once done, you can now import it to your new account:

  1. Click the Gear icon again, and choose Import data this time.
  2. Select Customers or Vendors.
  3. Browse the folder where you save the exported list and choose the Excel file.
  4. Map your data, the click Next.
  5. Adjust your data if necessary, then click Import.
