Can I print an analysis of an account on the Expense report ?

I hope you're doing great today, @gflav.

Yes, you can print the analysis of your expense accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'm here to lend a helping hand to guide you in achieving this goal.

You can run the Profit and Loss report and export it to Excel afterward. This way, you can filter all your expenses from different spending accounts and print them from there.

To do that:

  1. Click on Reports from the left pane.
  2. Refer to Profit and Loss
  3. Make sure to select your desired date range and hit on View
  4. Select on the Export button at the top.

On the other hand, if you want to print the transactions for each spending, you may manually enter the entries on a spreadsheet and print them from there.
