Can the profit and loss report be reorganized to present better.

It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I appreciate you coming here with your question about the Profit and Loss report within QuickBooks Online. 

The best way that you could reorganized the Profit and Loss report is by customizing it. This gives you multiple options on what you'd like to include and not include in the report. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
2. Ensure you're on the Reports portion of the page. 
3. Choose the Standard section. 
4. Locate and click on the Profit and Loss report. 
5. Once you run the report for the specific period, you can select Customize to remove or add fields, etc. 

In the end, if this doesn't help, I suggest exporting the report to Excel and working with it there.

I was hoping to change the from the alphabetic arrangement.
