Can you create a report on which invoices have been sent?

I know what report you can generate to see those sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @BevCapeCod.

I'm eager to walk you through on how to do it.

We can pull up an Invoice List report to view emailed invoices. You'll just have to modify the customization settings to see the details you need.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports from the left pane and type in Invoice List in the search field.
  2. Click on Customize.
  3. Set the date under the Report period.
  4. Go to Rows/Columns and click on Change columns.
  5. Mark to select the Sent checkbox.
  6. Click on Run report.

From there, you can see the Sent status beside the transaction.

I’ve also added this great resource about personalizing more reports to see what data is needed: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, this report can save its current customization settings for future use: Memorize Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need clarification about reports in QBO. I'll be waiting for your response. Have a great day, and stay safe.
