Can you re-capture banking information and transactions once a subscription has been expired and later renewed?

It's a pleasure to have you here today, @theironpenllc.

If you're referring to the transactions on your Banking page inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), know that your transactions will disappear if they're on the For Review page and the subscription expires. In this case, you'll want to renew the account and then update your bank to get the transactions needed.

Feel free to check this page for more details: Use automatic and manual online banking updates in QuickBooks Online.

If you categorize them before the account expires, they'll stay in the account register until you renew your chosen subscription. To renew the account, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select Settings , then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Select Subscribe.

Refer to this article for more information: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

We're adding this article to help you reconcile bank accounts inside the program: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

The Community team is always ready to help if you have other questions about managing bank transactions and subscriptions inside QuickBooks. Have a good one.

@theironpenllc

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
