Hi there, @coltsfannfl-yaho. I'll help you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and get the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) version.

We're you able to start entering your transactions? You can cancel your QBO account on the Accounts and Settings page. Beforehand, I suggest saving all of your data by exporting the information. This way, it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.
 

Here's how to cancel:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing and subscription.
3. Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel.
   
4. Choose Continue to cancel, then click the Continue to cancel button in case it appears on the screen.
5. Go through the steps that follow.
6. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
7. Click Got it.

After that, you can sign up for a new QBSE account. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the QuickBooks Self-Employed sign-in page.
2. Click Create account.
   
3. Enter the necessary info. 
4. Click Sign Up With Email.
5. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.

You have to cancel your QBO account as the first step and then open a new blank QBSE account if you want to use the same email address.
