QuickBooks deposits your first payment within five business days while setting up your merchant account. Subsequent payments are deposited more quickly, usually within two business days, 1778r.
Beforehand, are you attempting to deposit your check using the mobile app? If so, please make sure you meet all the requirements to ensure the photos of your checks are accepted. These criteria must be met:
- The check must be in your name.
- It must be endorsed by you.
- It must be drawn on a bank account located in the US or a US territory.
If you meet these requirements, you can deposit the Business checks and Personal checks.
Please note that the following types of checks cannot be accepted:
- Non-demand deposit account checks (post no debits)
- Credit card checks
- Line of credit, home equity, or brokerage checks
- Foreign checks (routing number not registered by the American Banking Association)
- Traveler’s checks
- Savings bonds
- US Treasury checks
- Third-party checks (checks not payable to you)
