Changing the Master's Admin in QuickBooks Online is quick and easy. Below are the steps to complete the process.
- Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and select Manage Users.
- Select the user you wanted to be the Master Admin and hit Edit.
- Under the User Type, choose the Admin.
- An invitation email will then be sent to the user to accept the role.
