changing the admin in QB

For some reason the admin got changed in our Quick books and I don't know how to change it back.  We have an outside person who logs in and does our payroll but she is not the admin.  When I try to log in this is the message I get:

Request sent for Intuit Account role(s) access

Hi

We sent a request to the primary admin b*a*h*i*[email address removed] to grant you access to Intuit Account role(s) Basic user in D. Rock Construction, LLC.

After the primary admin approves your request, you can access the mentioned role(s) and perform related activities using [email address removed].

[email address removed] is the primary admin not the person above.  How do I correct this?

changing the admin in QB

I just went through this and it was super time consuming..so be prepared. You must keep calling until you know that you have a support member that can think and not read from a script .I could not update the latest payroll requirement and had to contact QB's. I was transferred to a person who somehow deleted our contact information on file and could not undo his mistake. I had to reach out the next day. This also was unsuccessful. I wasted hours on several phone calls  with them and those they transferred me to. I waited another week and tried again. I was lucky that the rep who took my call was able to listen to me, read the notes on my account and assessed the situation on her own. She did keep me on the phone for a long time while she worked with other departments but it was well worth the wait. She knew her job and and fixed my issue that was caused by QB in the first place. The call centers just don't have enough qualified employees, wouldn't be so bad if they would just listen instead of reading from their script, unable to make any decisions other than wht is written in from of them.  When I am explaining my issue the worst thing I can hear is "I understand blah blah blah " or "let me assure you.." I know at that point that I am not going to have any problems resolved  by that person. So on a happier note,  I do not know her last name but KRYSTAL was awesome and actually thought through the process and resolved my problem. I wish I could have her answer EVERY time! Every once in awhile I get lucky and a star answers my cry for help!! I hope she gets a raise or something, she deserves it. ( I did answer the email about her service so I hope she got the credit)
