Thank you AArlb!
Same thing happened to me with only one of my company files. All of a sudden the .QBW file was gone and there was a .QBB file. I tried restoring it from both a local backup and the QB online backup, nothing happened. I tried changing the extension, but couldn't figure out how. So I searched here, so see if anyone else had tried it, and found your post, AArlb. I did what you suggested about changing the extension, and it opened up like normal! Saved me hours of frustration with QB support!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU AArlb!!

That was so helpful. I have been working on this for several hours and that simple file name changed fixed the whole issue. Thanks so much!!!
