Different printer alignments for different users

I understand that you want to make this setting perfect. In QuickBooks Desktop, you'll have to set up the printing alignment per computer and printer. If you haven't yet, you can follow the detailed steps in these articles:

So if one user aligns forms for her computer, will that reset the setting for the other user, such that they will have dueling settings, or are settings saved per printer or user?

The users can select the printer they're using. However, they need to set the alignment according to their printer's settings. We're unable to save different printer settings per printer or user. They need to click Align again to adjust the settings for printing.

I have the same problem you are having and simply would like to know WHERE the setting file that saves this alignment?   Why wasn't somebody intelligent enough to either store this in the USER ini file rather than a community computer shared setting.???   HELLO..  so many things that are wrong with QB and yet, never are addressed and fixed.   It's on with making the next version, copy paste.. sell it!
