Let me help you navigate your account and find your client list.
On the upper part of your account and next to the hamburger icon, click on "Go to client's QuickBooks." If in any case, you're on a client's interface, just click on the client's name and choose "Back to your practice."
Please see the screenshots below for your visual reference.
Please feel free to read this article for your reference: Manage your Clients Using the Client Dashboard.

Unfortunately, I don't have an icon that says "Go to client's QuickBooks.". I don't know if I can set this up so I can see it or if it's even available in QBO. Any suggestions? I've included a screen print of the screen I'd like to be able to pull up.
Thanks for getting back to us, src1921,
I want to ensure we get to the bottom of this. I just need a few information about your concern so I can give you the resolution you need.
May I know what QuickBooks version are you using? Is it QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online? Any information or additional screenshots you can share would be very helpful for us to narrow things down.
You may edit your original post or mention me directly so I can get back to you. I'll keep an eye on this discussion for your response. Have a great day!

Hi Jen,
Thank you for taking the time to possibly help me. I've come across the Client Center several times when looking at the errors created by bounced emails. Each time I make a mental note to hunt it down on my own because I knew it would be very helpful to me. Unfortunately, I've reached a dead end in my research. We are using Quickbooks Online (Plus version). I've made notes on the attachment.
Thanks again for helping.

Thanks for your prompt reply, @src1921,
I can add a bit more about accessing the Client Center.
Presently, this option is only available for users with Accountant's access rights. In your case, if you're using the standard user access for QBO, you're unable to access any client management roles, you'll only get to view the Tasks set up by the accountant.
You can, however, invite a separate email as an Accountant user if you want to verify and manage clients. Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage Users.
3. Go to the Accountants tab and click Invite accountant.
4. Enter your accountant's First name, Last name and Email.
5. Click Save.
Your accountant will receive an email invitation with instructions for signing into your company. You may want to check this article to know more about the process: How to add or remove an accountant user
Please let me know how this goes, @src1921. I'm on the lookout for your questions. Have a great weekend!
