Is it possible to edit the wording of account types ie: in the balance sheet, I need to edit the wording of 'Accounts payable' to 'Accounts payable & Accrued expenses'

No that kind of reformatting is not available in QB

you would have to export to excel and format it there

Can you change the footer on a balance sheet? I need it to say "No assurances is provided on these financial statements"
