Came into work on Friday and my Estimates / Invoicing has been "Upgraded". Problem is they took away my control of putting spaces where I want them, it prints out a zero on every line item, and even if I drag a line onto my estimate where I want a space, it won't print out the space, I called QuickBooks who is telling me I'm just gonna have to accept it? Do I really have to look for another accounting system company?? I cannot send my customers estimates and invoices that look like this!

Seems that you're referring to the new estimates where we cannot put spaces or move line items. Please submit feedback requests to our product developers, who will review and consider them for future updates based on the number of users' requests.

While I appreciate all the time and effort you took to give me possible solutions, the amount of time I will need to invest in trying to figure this out is what I do not have. How is it that QuickBooks feels they can force a change as big as this without having tested what it will do to businesses if they move forward with it, before they do? Some of us business owners barely have the skills it takes to work with constraints that were already there, now you add more? Why? I cannot place item descriptions under my charged items without generating a zero. I place spaces in between lines to make it more astatically pleasing but when printed it takes all spacing away and all data ends up bunched together with a bunch of zeros. It looks terrible. I am embarrassed to send it to my customers but I have to because i can't slow down with the amount of work we have at this time. I do not have the time to fix something that was already working...why did it change? I need to find something less complicated. Rant over...Thanks again for trying to help.

That's the thing, @KITTYR321 . The customers ARE testing the changes. We are PAYING to be Quickbooks' quality testers. This is why their solutions to our issues just consist of telling us to submit our feedback to the technical team. This is absolutely unacceptable and forcing our business to look for an alternative accounting system in the new year that doesn't force updates that we've already expressed do not work.
I am not impressed with QuickBooks anymore. All their updates and changes are just ridiculous. How can a company look professional, when the invoices and estimates look very unprofessional now. I was happy with QuickBooks for the last 10 years and had no issues, but now it’s become a major problem, and I will be looking at a solution on my own.
the New Updates ARE PURE TRASH!!! its Crazy we have to pay for this $h!t. every few month they roll out a trashy update that disrupts your business that you have to go scrambling looking all over option or changing the layouts.
