Hi there, info646.

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to upload the rest of your 2019 data.

This can be done with a manual upload by:

1. Selecting your date range.

2. Download the bank transactions.

3. Review the file size and format.

4. Begin the upload.

5. Categorize your transactions.

6. Reconcile the transactions.

I've got an article for you that offers details about each of these steps. You can check it out here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/import-transactions/manually-upload-transactions-i....

Additionally, if you need to import other information; such as your chart of accounts, products and services, and vendor or customer details, this can done with an Excel file. The following articles offer the steps to get this done:

With this info, you'll be able to continue working in QuickBooks Online, with all of the necessary data right at your fingertips. I'm only a comment or post away if you have any other questions.

How did you migrate your data? Mac 2019 > Pro 2019 > QBO, or Mac 2019 > Mac 2020 > Pro 2020 > QBO ?
