Hello, When I want to invite an accountant to my QB Online, I don't see an invite options under "Manage Users" tab. What should I do?

Under the "Manage users" page from the Gear icon, you should see the "Users" tab and "Accounting firms" tab.

See the screenshot below for reference.  You can also invite your Accountant directly from the left Dashboard by selecting My Accountant tab.

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I do not have a "My Accountant" tab in the left, nor it doesn't appear the "Accounting firms" tab in "Manage Users". Please see the screenshots below.

What should I do?

The US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) has the Users and Accounting firms tabs, franciscodelatorre.

You might have the Global version of QBO based on your screenshots attached. In this version, accountants are added as a Company Admin. 

To add an accountant:

1. Go to Settings (⚙) and select Manage users.
2. Click on Add user and choose Company Admin. 
3. Select This user is my accountant.
4. Click on Next.
5. Enter your accountant’s name and email.
6. Click on Save.

From your screenshot, it seems like you've got a Global version. You can only have one Accountant user which you've already invited per line 2 of your screenshot.
