Help! I have two Quickbooks accounts (Self-Employed and Online Accountant) and a TSheets account. I can't access my Online Accountant account.

My TSheets pro advisor told me that I got a free Quickbooks Online Accountant. So I thought I'd try that out to see how I liked it and if it worked well with TSheets before I dropped my Self-Employed account. Tsheets was syncing to the wrong account, so I used a different email for my Online Accountant account, and that worked well at first. Then, when it came time to push my hours over to QB Online Accountant from TSheets, it did not recognize me because my email in TSheets was not the same as the email for me in the Online Accountant account. So I changed my email in that account, which made all three Intuit accounts have the same email associated with them, and now I can't get into my Quickbooks Online Accountant profile at all. It keeps redirecting me to Quickbooks Self-Employed.

It's another way around. TSheets Time Tracking is free if you have QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

 

Let me help ensure you're able to log in to your account, then connect the app from there. You can start by accessing QBOA through this link, qbo.intuit.com. Enter your QBOA login credentials. You can click I forgot my user ID or Password to reset your password.

 

To link the app to your QuickBooks Online, the following steps will guide you through.

 

  1. Once you're inside your account, go to Apps from the left navigation bar.
  2. Search for TSheets Time Tracking and click it to get the app.

  3. Click Get app now.

  4. Choose your QBOA account or the client's account, then click Install.

  5. You'll be routed to the Set up TSheets Time Tracking page.
  6. Click I already have an account.
  7. Review and verify your TSheets Pro account, then click Next.
  8. Then, follow on-screen instructions.
