Let me assist you in accessing your company file in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
If you’re having trouble signing in to your account, I'm here to help you get in. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can use to fix it:
- From the sign-in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
Please take note that the password reset link is only active for 24 hours. Make sure to open the link as soon you receive it.
You can also sign in to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) account and reset the password from there.
