I can share some information about bulk deleting transactions in Quickbooks Online.
May I know what items are you trying to delete? Any details you can provide will help us narrow things down.
Currently, the option to do a batch delete is only available for bank feeds transactions that are yet added in QuickBooks. Let me guide you how to delete online banking transactions:
That information should get you on the right track.
However, if you're deleting chart of accounts transactions, you'll need to delete them one at a time. Being able to do this in QBO is a great idea, and I would like to put this forward to our developers so I'd encourage you to send them your product suggestion. Here's how to send your product request:
Please update me if you need further assistance with QuickBooks. I'm here to help.
I am disappointed with the way QB works, it is not possible to upload excel format bak statements, you have to do it in CSV and with not enough rows.
It is happening that imported data are multiplied x 3 and now I am trying to delete just one month but since it is not possible to pause rules they overcome the process before I can do the - long - procedure to delete multiplied entries!!!
If I knew before these and other problems, I wouldn't have chosen QB....
This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience, @VincentUK.
When importing bank transactions using the WebConnect process, the data downloaded will depend on the file coming from your bank. Currently, the program can only import CSV files that use either a 3-column or 4-column format.
I understand how you feel when your imported data are multiplied thrice and you're unable to delete entries by batch. Rest assured, I'll take note of your suggestion how you'd like to delete multiple entries at a single time. This way, our product engineers can consider it for future updates. I'd suggest visiting our blog posts to help you stay current on our product innovations.
You can visit this link: Banking. It provides you helpful articles to easily manage your bank transactions and reconciling your account in QuickBooks.
I'm just here right in the corner if you need further help. Take care always, @VincentUK.
That response is seriously useless, especially beginning "we don't want you to have this experience". Goddamned! We're having it! we don't need specious platitudes. What we want is a quick-fix, not be told to take half a day off to read blogs we're not interested in, nor community stuff!

No use. No time! And the answer was in QB anyway when one of the agents got back to me!
Would you mind sharing the answer you were given by an agent? I'm going through the same thing and have a year's worth of credit card transactions to delete.
Thanks for reaching out, @aggiemo08.
I’m here to help delete a bulk of transactions. You can currently exclude your transactions by bulk. Excluding by bulk means you have a record of it in the system but this will not affect your bank balance or reconciliation. At this time, deleting transactions is not available in QuickBooks Online.
Here’s how:
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with. I hope you have a great rest of your day.
I had to laugh at your answer. So well said. all we want is an answer!!
When will the feature to bulk delete transactions within a chart of accounts be available?
Hello @lbduxbury.
We already submitted this feature request to our Product Team. However, we can't guarantee when will this be an available option in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you'll have to delete these transactions one by one on your bank register. If you need to remove this on your direct feeds, you can perform the steps provided by my colleague @Emily M.
I appreciate you dropping by here for updates. Should there be anything else you need, just comment below. I want to help however I can.

try these https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/search?searchTerm=bulk%20delete
My BANKING menu does not have a list of accounts to select, as you suggest.
This does not make any sense for me.
Thanks for joining us here in the Community, @TFSF.
I'd like to ensure that we're on the same page, so I can provide you the right amount of information on how you can delete bulk transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Can I ask for a screenshot of what you are viewing from the banking page? Any further details are much appreciated for me to narrow down this issue.
Please get back to me with more information about the options that you have. I'll be keeping an eye out for your response on this.
thank you Betty,
unfortunately at this moment I am not using anymore QB because of several issues that I didn't like.
Not enough customer friendly and at times rather "complex".
Kind regards.
Vincenzo
It would be great if we could delete multiple transactions! I batch imported a ton of payroll from ADP - and it uploaded the data multiple times. I have hundreds of lines to delete one by one. I am super disappointed. I am the admin, I WANT TO DELETE THESE TRANSACTIONS -- but alas I can either find a new software or sit here for all of eternity. THIS IS A HUGE LACK OF FUNCTION!
...
Thank you, I have already started using it. However, it only allows you to delete 20 rows, 20 times... which I have already maxed out. Too bad QuickBooks couldn't just make their very pricey subscription worth the money or the time that I am putting into setting up this company. YOU GUYS DESERVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS FOR THIS!!!!!
I honestly cannot believe that bulk delete functionality is not available. It seems to have been flagged years ago and the feature still hasn't been developed. Absolutely pathetic
Hi -
I am also going to recommend the batch delete from the chart of accounts - Having to do this manually is a grade a pain in the backside.
If you're having difficulty with the banking uploads may i suggest using an online converter to convert to OFX format before you upload?
I always find it helps!
You honestly cant batch delete transactions already entered into QBs? Are you people that inept??? Fix your crappy software!
