Usual and customary steps involve downloading the software onto the new computer and physically moving a backup file via removable media and restoring in new location. If doing the traditional method, always move your backup file directly onto the destination hard drive, it can fail restoring from a USB drive despite that the new migrator tool uses USB thumb drive for movement.
