How can I remove the BCC line in QB for MAC 2020 when I send statements . It constantly fills in the BCC line with NUL even though I have BCC disabled in Outlook 365.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @JB70.
I'm here to help you remove the BCC line when you send out statements in QuickBooks.
In just a few steps, you'll have the BCC removed. We just have to adjust the email settings in QuickBooks. Here's how:
2. Click on Send Forms in the left-hand menu, then proceed to the Company Preferences tab.
3. Remove the email address in the BCC field.
4. Hit OK.
That's all there's to it! You can refer to these Community Articles to learn more about how QuickBooks and emails will work for you:

Thanks for response but I guess you are not aware of the fact that QB for MAC 2020 does not have a Send Forms option in Preferences. Are you A QB tech support person for MAC?
Thanks for the response, @JB70.
At this time, there's not a way to turn off the BCC for emails in QuickBooks Mac 2020. I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team about bringing in a feature to allow this to happen. You can visit our Blog to see what's new for our Products, as well as seeing what's coming in the future.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate and reach back out to me! Have a beautiful day.
We have a similar issue where every invoices being sent has the bcc field auto-populated with a client's email. It is always the same client and it is the email address from our last client in our Customer list (alphabetical).
Companies can have liability issues with QBO sending invoices to random clients (there are strict pricing and confidential agreements in place with our clients).
This is a bug that needs fixed asap!
Hey there, fixthisnow123.
Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know what you've seen going on in your QuickBooks Online account. I'd be glad to lend a hand so you don't have to worry about the bcc field automatically adding info.
My first recommendation is to clear the browser cache. The cache is in place to store frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Every so often the cache can get too full, which in turn can have an adverse effect causing viewing and performance errors. Clearing it will force the system to refresh. Here's how to do this if you're using Chrome:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.
The following article provides similar steps for other browsers: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
In addition to clearing the cache, you may also want to double check the pre-fill setting. This particular setting auto-fills forms with previously entered content. Here's how to make sure it's turned off:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Choose the Advanced tab in the left menu.
4. Verify Pre-fill forms with previously entered content is turned off in the Automation section. (Click the small pencil on the right to edit if not.)
This linked article provides even more details about using auto-recall to pre-fill transactions.
With this information, you'll be able to create new invoices without the bcc field adding a different customer's email. Please feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'm only a comment or post away.
