If you are currently using a QuickBooks Solopreneur subscription, please note that this plan is intended for single-user access only and does not support adding additional users. To enable multi-user functionality, you will need to upgrade to one of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) small business plans, such as Essentials, Plus, or Advanced.
