To add and let an accountant access and manage your company file, we'll have to invite the accountant as a user in your QBO company. Let's follow these steps to proceed:
- Sign in to your QBO account as a primary user.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
- Navigate to the Accountants tab.
- Enter your accountant's email on the designated field and click Invite.

You may also add your team members as users in your QBO company. This way, they can lend a hand with your daily operations in the system. You'll also be able to organize their accessibility depending on their role within your business.
