The ability to download your entire company file with the backup functionality is possible in QBO. However, this feature is only available in the QBO Advance subscription.
If you're not using this version, you can consider upgrading your account to access this. But if you have this subscription, I'm here to guide you on backing up your file.

In the meantime, you download and export your data from QBO, and then import them to another account.

You need a PC and the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 Pro or a newer version to convert data from QB Online. Then you can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 for Mac or a newer version to access your historical data for good.
