Greetings and welcome to the Community forum! We're glad to see a new member joining us. I have the instructions to assist you in updating the email address you use to forward receipts to QuickBooks, Plue-Well.
To modify the email address for receipt forwarding in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can complete this action by accessing the Transactions page.
Here's how:
- Go to the Receipt page.
- Choose the Manage forwarding email tab.
- On Your forwarding email, click Update.
- Enter the new email address.
- Click Confirm change.
