How do I change the "Primary Admin"

Hi there, @moti1. I'm here to provide steps to help you change the primary admin of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

To start, you have to ensure you sign in as the primary admin into your QBO account to transfer the Primary admin role. If the primary admin one is no longer with the company, you can request to be the primary admin. 

Once ready, refer to the following:

1. Go to the Settings menu and select Manage Users.
2. From there, find the user you want to make the primary admin.
3. Next, in the User Type column, ensure they are listed as Admin. If not, select Edit to change their role to Company admin.
4. Then, click the small arrow in the Action section and select Make primary admin.
5. Select Make primary admin again to confirm the change.
6. After that, sign out of QuickBooks.

Who is the current Primary Admin? You or someone else? 

I am not able to do it as there is no EDIT option.

It is someone else that is no longer with the company and I need to change it to be myself.  I am the Company Admin and the other person who is no longer with the company is the Primary Admin.  I need to make my self the Primary admin.

You have to submit documents to claim the Primary Admin access.

Otherwise, you can buy a 3rd party service to migrate your data to a new QBO account.
