After that, our team will then assess your submission. Within one business day, you'll receive an email from no_response@intuit.com, outlining the next steps to complete the recovery. Please note that our review process takes place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
Once we've verified your account, sign in to your Intuit account and turn off 2-step verification. Enter your password, then select Continue. A message will confirm this setting, and you will receive an email indicating that your security preference has been updated.
