How do I connect a Kabbage bank account? It's not on the list but its backing bank Green Dot is. I tried choosing it from the list but my Kabbage login doesnt work for it

I have tried using my Kabbage login and choosing Green Dot from the list of banks but it says my login in incorrect. Kabbage itself isn't on the list, but there are multiple places that say it is supported with QuickBooks.

Does your bank have the option to Export or Save the transactions to a file?  If so, see if there is a .QBO option (or .QXF if .QBO is not available).  You can import that file into your QBs.

I'm not sure if you're on QBO or QBDT, but in Desktop you go to Banking > Bank Feed > Import Web Connect File.  I'm sure it's similar if you're using QBO.

ALSO...  Be sure to BACKUP before you do this.  It is quite possible that the first time you will import a number of duplicate entries.  So making note of your Acct Balances maybe any unreconciled items from November and maybe run a few reports.  If there are a number of duplicates, you should easily be able to see all the unreconciled ones to delete.  The ones at the end of Nov and going into Dec where there not yet reconciled might need a closer look.

One option might be to reconcile Dec as usual, then download the first file so it will be much easier to find all the duplicate entries.  Then how ever often you want to, download the file.  You don't have to do it daily, but if you only do it once a month, it can get tricky matching the items (dates are off, etc.).  So a couple of times a week or at least once a week might be a good thing.  More or less depending how active your accounts are.

** Didn't say this before, but often Accepting and then Deleting the entries makes things easier in the future.
