What @MariaSoledadG is trying so hard to say without saying it is, "you can't". QuickBooks Online reports are very limited and there's no way to include the Print As name on them.
Of course, you can with QuickBooks Desktop. It's had the feature for decades:
Can BRC pull that piece of information I need for the file?
Can BRC pull the "name to print on check" if it is listed on a Positive Pay File?
Hello there.
I understand the importance of the feature to include the print as the name on checks would be helpful for you. However, this isn't available in QBO at the moment. In the meantime, it would be great to share your suggestions and feedback regarding this option with our product developer. Here's how to send feedback:

kbrennan@58found RE: Can BRC pull the "name to print on check" if it is listed on a Positive Pay File?
We do offer our BRC PositivePay file Creator - QB Online which uses reports you've exported to Excel to create PositivePay files for about 100 banks.
However, since the Print As name can't be included on QB Online reports, we can't access it. The workaround is to make the vendor names match the way you want to print them on checks, which works for most customers.
For QB desktop/enterprise could you give directions on how to get the "name to print on check" to show up on the check register?
I don't really want to have to re-type a thousand vendor names just so I can get payee positive pay.
Thank you!

That's not possible to do. It won't appear in the check register or any transaction-based report.
kbrennan@58found RE: Can BRC pull the "name to print on check" if it is listed on a Positive Pay File?
No, not with QB Online, because its reporting is so weak - and the field can't be included on reports.
I have the same issue. And these days everybody is using positive pay. I feel like the people
working on the functionality of QBO have never been users of their own product. More and more
business will need this feature. Just don't understand how they can miss having that report available??????
The response is always "you need to to give feedback to quickbooks to let them know how stupid they are."
Then wait to see how many other people to take time to tell them also. Just don get it.
Can't wait to find a new Platform
