Here's how to remove an accountant and disable their access to your books:
- First, you'll need to sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
- Go to Settings and choose Manage users.
- Click the Accountants tab and locate the accountant you want to remove.
- In the Action column, click Delete.
- Hit Delete.
