Currently, exporting or downloading journal entries to Excel is not supported in QBO. As a workaround, we can export and download a report that includes the Journal Entry lists. Let me guide you how.

QuickBooks doesn’t always offer a direct CSV export for Journal Entries. The usual workaround is to export the data to Excel first, then save the file as a CSV. If you're working with large datasets or need more flexibility, third-party tools like Skyvia can help streamline the process.
