Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you export your Cash Flow planner details from QuickBooks to Excel.
Currently, the option to export the Cash Flow details in Excel format is unavailable. I recommend using the Export as PDF link beside the Add event option (see screenshot below).
There are third-party applications you can use to convert the PDF file into Excel. Since we can't recommend which one to use, you can visit our QuickBooks App Store.
You can access this section within your account. Please follow these steps:
Additionally, I suggest visiting the following article to learn how to add or delete events when using the Cash Flow planner in QuickBooks: Use the Cash Flow planner to predict future income and expenses.
Fill me in if you need additional guidance with the features you can use when subscribed to QuickBooks Payments. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
Thank you! I have tried the export to PDF and then using Adobe Acrobat, converted to Excel. it's very messy. Columns from the PDF don't come over aligned to columns in excel. Some text is merged when converted to PDF and so there is a lot of work to fix the content once in excel. I will see if there are any other conversion tools from PDF to excel that work better. Appreciate your quick reply!
