Enabling the AI features within a client's QuickBooks Online is unavailable as they are part of a phased rollout by Intuit. That's why even if a client has the same subscription as others, their account may be in a different rollout group.
Since Intuit is deploying these features in a phased approach, we can wait for the updates to be implemented. Alternatively, we can check if the client has the option to Try the new banking page that will switch you to the new AI experience.
Here's how to do that:
- Go to the My apps tab.
- Hover your mouse over Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
- Click the Try new banking page button beside the Link account dropdown at the upper right side of the page.
