I know how you can print a custom report in QuickBooks Online, @FCCDC.
Let me walk you through the steps.
Simply click on the report name hyperlink for you to see the Print option. I'll show you how:
1. Open the Reports menu.
2. Go to the Custom reports tab.
3. Locate the report you want to print and click on the report name.
4. Click on the Print icon from the upper-right part of the report.

- Select the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback.

After you clicked it, you'll be able to view now the Print icon on the report.

Based on your description, it seems like your custom report is in modern view. Currently, the Print icon is not available in this layout. But we can print your report using the built-in keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P or by selecting Export PDF and clicking Print.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. You can send feedback to our Product Engineering team so they can consider adding the Print icon to the Modern View's interfaces in the following QBO updates.

Alternatively, we can also recreate your custom report. This time, let's make sure to switch to the classic view first. This way, we'll be able to view the Print icon.
