How do I print a report?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for assistance. I'll be happy to walk you through printing a report.

To print reports:

1. Select Reports from the left menu.
2. Search for the report you want to print.
3. Select Run Report.
4. To print the report, select the printer icon.

Reports help you get a snapshot of various aspects of your business. Here is a list of reports available in QuickBooks Online.

Please remember, I'm always here for any other questions or concerns.

There is no printer icon on my report page. Or anywhere else that I can see. It will export to pdf, but will not align correctly. I want landscape.
