@anonimus

1 QBO or QBSE account is for 1 company file.You need to open the second account

Otherwise, consider switching to QB Desktop to manage multiple company files with a single one time license.

Let's add a second company to your QuickBooks Online account, anonimus.

You can add multiple companies with the same login information. This lets you quickly switch between them when you access those accounts.

However, each company will be a separate paid subscription. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to this link: QuickBooks pricing page.
  2. Choose the subscription you want, then click Buy now.

  3. You can also toggle the green button if you need a 30-day free trial and click Try it free.

  4. Click Sign in to add another one to your Intuit account, then enter the same login info.

  5. Fill out all the information about your new company and you’re good to go.

Whenever you sign in to QuickBooks, you'll be asked which company you want to open. Inside the system, just click Settings ⚙️, choose Switch company to open the other one.

Let me know if there's anything else you need. I'm always around to help ensure you're able to add a second company.
