How do you include inactive customers in reports?

I am trying to run a Sales by Customer Summary Report for prior years and inactive customers aren't included.  When I choose to filter, it only shows me active associates to choose.

How do you include inactive customers in reports?

Customers who were marked inactive will show as deleted on your reports, appointments-hul. I've got input to provide when running the Sales by Customer Summary report in your account.

When running summary reports in QuickBooks, ensure your customers are marked as inactive and displayed in columns by Customers. Also, note that associates with existing balances and unbilled charges can't be deleted from your lists.

With that, you can filter the customer's dropdown to All so active and inactive clients will reflect on the report. I've added a screenshot for your reference.

Additionally, you may want to visit this resource for guidance when modifying specific data on your reports: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, I'll include this reference to help you review and reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your bank & credit card statements.

I'm always available on this forum if there's anything else you require additional assistance managing customer reports in your file. Keep safe and have a great weekend ahead!
