- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager using your sign-in info for QBO.
- You can also go to the same page from your QBO account by clicking your profile icon next to Settings ⚙, then select Manage your Intuit Account.
- Tap the Sign & security menu.
- Select the User ID & Email address section and update it.
- Enter your password or confirm your email, then hit Save to complete the process.
