You can change the text in the body section when sending a report. However, you'll need to manually edit it every time you send the report since the message varies from what report you open. You can follow these steps to edit the message in the body section of the email report. Here's how:
- Go to the report you want to email.
- Click the Email icon at the top of the statement.
- Choose the Email button.
- On the Body field, customize the message you want to attach in the report.
- Hit Send to email the report.
If ever you want to set up a message on the report you want to email, you can use the scheduled report feature and set up the message in the body section.
