How to fix accountant is not getting the email invite?

Thanks for visiting the Community, matt-puremovemen.


Let’s delete the invitation and send it again. This is to ensure your accountant is added to the company.


I’ll help you with how to do it in QBSE. With just a few clicks you can accomplish this task.

 

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon at the top and select Accountant under About you.
  2. This will open a page where you’ll see the accountant’s invitation.
  3. From there, click the drop-down and choose Cancel invitation.qbse accountant.png

To add the accountant, follow the steps in this guide: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Self-Employed.


Also, informed the accountant to check the email and make sure it’s not sent to the Spam folder. For an overview of the processes you can do in QBSE, I’m adding a link that contains resources to help perform each one: Self-help articles.
