How to pull a report for a specific Class?

Welcome to the Community, Info2064.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), generating a report for a specific class varies depending on the type of report you want to create. Kindly let me know which specific report you are interested in, as this will help me provide a tailored response that meets your business needs.

Furthermore, when dealing with a required report, you can customize it to a specific class using the Filter option in the Customize tab. To do this, kindly follow the steps:

1. Sign into your QBO account.

2. Go to Reports, then select Reports.

3. Type in the kind of report you tend to create in the Find report by name tab, then click on it.

4. On the Report page, select the Customize tab.

5. In the Filter section, check the box beside Class.

6. Click the dropdown icon beside the All option, then select the specific class needed.

7. Once done, click on the Run Report tab.

For further information on personalizing reports in QBO and creating reports depending on class, refer to this article:

Additionally, this article entails steps in exporting your QBO reports to Excel that you might use in the future: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted for additional information to help achieve the specific class report in QBO. I’ll jump right back in to assist further. Have a great day ahead!
