I am asking the same question. The link to switch between two companies is no longer in the settings
I know the steps to switch companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Tejas. I would be happy to guide you through the process.
In the updated version of QBO, you can change between companies by selecting the Gear icon and then choosing Switch company under PROFILE, Tejas.
In response to your concern, @Lu2015, I want to inform you that we are currently investigating the missing Switch company option in QBO (INV-109353). Rest assured that our engineering team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we anticipate providing you with an update soon.
In the meantime, I recommend logging out of your QBO account and signing back in. Doing so will enable you to choose the company you wish to switch to manually.
While we do not have a specific resolution date, you can contact our QuickBooks Online Support team and request to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll receive timely updates directly on the issue via email.
