How to turn off weekly reports email notification

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, swarupa.

QuickBooks has a feature that lets you send custom reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-weekly basis. You will receive a notification if your email address is included in the list of recipients.

I'll guide you through checking your custom reports, so you can remove your email. If you're not the Admin user, you can ask the admin to make this change.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose the Custom reports tab.
  3. Click Edit on the scheduled report.
  4. Go to the EMAIL INFORMATION section and click the Cc text to see other recipients.
  5. Delete the email address of the recipient that should not receive an email.
  6. Click Save and close.

Please let me know if you still have questions about receiving report notifications. I'm just around to continue helping you.

Hi Jess ,

Thanks for your response , appreciated ,

I followed your instruction , and

1 .  I clicked on EDIT option for all the reports and I surprise to see all the notifications are

in Off mode , so there is nothing to do here .

2 . I looked into EMAIL option , but I see all the reports are in " UNSCHUDULE"  and there were no reports scheduled for "Every Week"

I am wondering if nothing is enable here in custom reports , then why do we get this weekly reports on every monday , please help , thank you

How to turn off weekly reports email notification

Thanks for getting back here with updates, swarupa.sahu.

At the moment, automatic and scheduled reports are sent from the Custom Reports tab.

Since you already verified that they were not set up in your account, I would recommend reaching out to our support team. They have screen-sharing tools to help us investigate why you're receiving these emails.

Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then let them know that you need help with emailed reports..
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.
