Let me provide you the possible reasons you're unable to view the Billing & Subscription section in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Once done, you should be able to cancel your QBO payroll trial account through the Billing & Subscription section from the Account and Settings menu. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Accounts and Settings.
- Choose the Billing & Subscription section.
- In the Payroll section, select the Cancel hyperlink.
- Select the Continue to cancel button.
- Complete the short survey.
- Click the Confirm cancel button.
