What you can do is reach your bank and check for any maintenance update or request to establish a connection with QuickBooks. If everything is good from your bank's side, make sure to select the correct bank name when connecting the account.

Thanks for the advice. As it turns out it is an issue with my bank and their IT Dept is fixing it now. Just glad to know it wasn't something I was doing wrong.
