I appreciate you for providing complete details above to clarify the issue about your client list, @hisanr.
You're correct. The region plays a big role when adding your client's account under your firm. Currently, connecting to a client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) company from a different region isn't an option.
You're able to access your client's company that's based in Asia because you're added as one of its users (Company admin or Standard user).
If you wish to add more clients in QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can refer to this article for the complete details: Add a new client in QuickBooks Online Accountant. It contains steps on how to deal with clients who doesn't have QBO account and those with an existing one.

I've got the steps to add a separate company in your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, @hisanr.
Based on your scenario, it looks like your firm access to the client was removed. That's why you're unable to add their company to QBOA.
First, I'd suggest confirming with your firm members if they can access the client's company. Once verified, please have the firm owner or the member perform the following steps:
The screenshot below shows you the third to fifth steps.
However, if you've confirmed that none of your firm members can access the client's company, have the client re-invite you as an accountant user. They will be added to your client list when you accept their invitation. This also gives you access to their company.
For your reference, see the Other members of my firm can access the client company and None of the members of my firm can access the client company section through this article: Fix Missing Company From the Client List. This link also provides you other solutions to get the client added to your QBOA account.
As always, I recommend visiting this website: Managing Clients. You'll find steps on how to edit clients' info, make them inactive, and reactivate them. This helps you keep your client list up to date.
I'll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, @hisanr.
Hi, I really appreciate your detailed reply. But I have full access to all the companies its just not in my QB accountant edition account. It could be a problem of the region as the company that is outside my firm account is based in Asia. This screenshot might shed some light on the problem.
I want to combine all the companies under my QB accountant edition.
