I have used Quickbooks for Mac for year. With the new Quickbooks do I have to take my data on line? I do not want to do this.

You can still purchase and use the one time license for QBD Mac 2020-2021 or QBD 2022 Mac Plus to upgrade your version. You don't have to migrate to QB Online.

Welcome to the Community, @Early Times Chapter.

As mentioned by Fiat Lux- Asia above, you can upgrade to the current version you have. I would also like to know if you have migrated to QuickBooks Online? If so, you can do all the transactions online.

You can check this article to learn more about the QuickBooks for Mac update: Release notes for QuickBooks Mac Plus 2022.

Thank you for your reply.  I have not put any of my information on line.  I will continue to use my version of Quickbooks 19 and upgrade that to the latest desktop version.  The information I received about the new online version of Quickbooks was confusing to me, as I took it to mean we had to put all data on line from now on.  Thank you for letting me know I do not have to do that.

Thank you for your information.  Good to know I do not have to put Quickbooks online.
